Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How Refund Process Works:
- The customer has proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
- The Customer needs to contact us via email to apply for a refund.
- The Customer needs to take a picture of an item and attach it to an email to verify.
- Please email us at support@squashsocialism.com with the subject line "Refund Order # Number."
- The product should be in its original condition to get approval for a refund.
- Once the refund is approved, We will send you an address to ship the product back to us.
- Please make a note; this process can take 15 to 20 days.
- Once we receive your package, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment used by the Customer.
We will provide a full refund under the following circumstances:
- Faulty or broken item
- Damage Product arrived
- Wrong product delivered
- Product never delivered
- Cancellation after order (Before the item has been dispatched)
We will not provide a refund for the following:
- Customer Mind Change
- After 7 days of order
